What can you actually help with in one call?
One bounded question, answered properly. Examples: why funded wallets aren't converting to repeat use, whether a specific African or LATAM market is worth entering now, whether your incentive design is building habits or renting activity. If your question is bigger than one call, I'll say so and suggest the audit instead.
Do you work with pre-launch teams, or only live products?
Live products, or products close enough to launch that adoption design is the current problem. If you're pre-product or still validating the idea, a call now won't be a good use of your time and money - come back when there's something to adopt.
Do you take equity or token compensation for advisory work?
For retainers, yes, I'm open to equity or token-inclusive arrangements, evaluated case by case and structured properly alongside a cash component. Strategy calls and audits are cash.
What markets do you know best?
Africa first - I've run adoption programs across the continent, including stablecoin savings for non-crypto-native users. Beyond that: LATAM and other high-growth markets where distribution, trust, and user behavior work differently than US/EU playbooks assume.
